Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RenderBux at renderbux.com. By using RenderBux, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use RenderBux

You must be at least 13 years old to use RenderBux. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use RenderBux with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your account

You sign in through Google or Discord. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Notify us at admin@renderbux.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights using RenderBux.
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harasses or endangers others — including content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or misrepresent the service, or abuse free or trial limits.
• Use another person’s identity or avatar in a misleading or harmful way.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create security or abuse risks.

Your content

You keep ownership of the poses, renders, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service (for example, storing your files and showing poses you choose to publish). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any avatar, username, or material you submit.

Roblox content

RenderBux lets you load publicly available Roblox avatar data by username. Roblox and its assets are the property of Roblox Corporation. RenderBux is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. You are responsible for using rendered output in line with Roblox’s own terms and community standards.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Service availability

RenderBux is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderBux disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using RenderBux at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Some provisions (such as content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
